What a park day with a caregiver actually looks like
Before rope drop. The caregiver meets you at your resort or at the park entrance, whichever you prefer. You confirm the plan for the day, hand over anything needed for the children, and agree how you will stay in contact. This takes a few minutes and it sets the tone for everything after it.
Morning. The group usually stays together while the children have energy. The caregiver pushes the stroller, holds places in line, manages water and sunscreen, and stays with a younger child on gentler attractions while parents and older siblings take the bigger ones.
Midday. Lunch, heat, and tiredness arrive together. The caregiver handles the meal, finds shade or an indoor space, and protects whatever nap routine your child depends on, whether that happens in the stroller or back in the room.
Afternoon. This is the point where families often split. The caregiver may take the youngest back to the resort for a real nap, a swim, and dinner while parents and older children continue in the park. Or the group stays together at a slower pace with character meets and rides the little ones love.
Evening and handoff. Whether you finish with fireworks together or reunite at the room, the caregiver gives you a clear summary: what the children ate, how they slept, what they loved, and anything you should know before tomorrow.
What we bring and what we ask you to have ready
Your caregiver arrives with CPR and First Aid certification, comfortable shoes, patience for long queues, and the training to keep a hot and tired child regulated rather than escalating. They come prepared for a full day on their feet in Florida heat.
From you we need the practical items: park admission for the caregiver, the stroller if you use one, diapers or changes of clothes, any medication with clear instructions, allergy details in writing, your mobile numbers, and the resort room details if the caregiver may be returning there. If your children have a comfort item, send it. A familiar blanket ends more meltdowns than anything we can do.
