How quickly can you cover a last minute date?
Often within the same week, and sometimes the same day when a caregiver has an opening. Two weeks of notice gives you the widest choice, and holiday and school break weeks fill earliest. When you need urgent care, contact Agape Care Nanny Services by phone rather than email if the date is close.
Do I have to commit when I send the form?
No. The form is a request, not a booking. Nothing is charged and nothing is scheduled until you have seen the rate, met the caregiver match, and confirmed.
Who will actually be watching my children?
A caregiver who has been background checked, CPR and First Aid certified, reference verified, and personally interviewed by our founder. You receive their name in advance, and you can request the same caregiver for future bookings.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. What you share is used to arrange care and nothing else. We do not sell or share your family's information, and photography of children is opt in only.
What if I am not sure which service I need?
Choose "Not sure yet" on the form and describe your situation in your own words. Telling us that you have a wedding at four o'clock and three children under six is more useful than picking the right label. We will recommend the service that fits.
What happens after you send your request
Your request lands with a real person on our team, not an automated queue. We read it the same day during business hours and reply within twenty four hours, usually much sooner. If you are writing about care that is only a day or two away, call us at (689) 358-2300 after sending the form so we can start looking for a caregiver right away.
The first reply confirms whether we have coverage for your dates and gives you the rate for the service you asked about. If we can help, we then match a caregiver to your family based on the ages of your children, the hours, the setting, and any language or care preferences you shared. You receive the caregiver name and a short background before anything is finalized, because you should never meet your caregiver for the first time at the door without knowing who they are.
Once you approve the match, we confirm the schedule in writing and send the booking details. Babysitting bookings are invoiced automatically and paid securely online. Nanny placement, resort care, theme park care, and event care are quoted and invoiced by our team, since those bookings vary in length, staffing, and travel. After the booking is complete we follow up to hear how it went, and if the fit was right we keep that caregiver as your regular.
