Agape Care is Orlando's faith based nanny service for theme parks, resorts and events, and for families at home across Central Florida. Whether you need a caregiver walking the theme parks with you, in room care at your resort, a children's area at your event, a long term nanny, or an evening of babysitting, the service below is the place to start.
How Agape Care Works, Start to Finish
You tell us what you need. Send the dates, the hours, the ages of your children, and where the care takes place. A sentence about the day helps more than a form ever could. Telling us the ceremony starts at four, or that your toddler naps at one, changes who we send.
We match a caregiver. Within twenty four hours we reply with availability and the caregiver we believe fits your family, chosen for experience with your children's ages, proximity to your home or resort, and temperament. Every one of them has cleared a background check, verified references, holds current CPR and First Aid certification, and has been personally interviewed by our founder.
You meet before care begins. Speak with your caregiver by phone or in person. Walk through allergies, routines, house rules, and the small details that make a child comfortable with someone new.
Care happens on your terms. Your routine is followed, not replaced. Meals, naps, homework, bath, and bedtime run in the order your children already know, and you stay reachable throughout.
We follow up. Every booking ends with a clear handoff covering what your children ate, how they slept, and anything worth knowing. If you want the same caregiver next time, ask, and we protect that whenever the calendar allows.
Our caregivers are trained in Conscious Discipline. Stripped of the jargon, that means they help a child understand what they are feeling and find their way back to calm, rather than simply issuing corrections and waiting for compliance.
Here is what it looks like. A four year old melts down because the wrong cup came out of the cupboard. The instinct is to argue about the cup. A trained caregiver names the feeling instead, gives the child a moment to breathe, then solves the cup. The tantrum ends in two minutes rather than twenty, and the child learns something about handling disappointment.
Another example. Two siblings are fighting over a toy in the back of the car. Rather than confiscating it and creating two upset children, the caregiver separates the problem from the people, gets each child to say what they wanted, and turns it into a turn taking arrangement they both agreed to. It takes longer in the moment and saves the whole afternoon.
It is not a script and it is not permissiveness. It is professional care from someone who has been trained to respond rather than react, which is the difference between a caregiver who supervises children and one who genuinely helps them.

What to Expect From Your First Booking
Reach out as early as you can. Local babysitting can often be confirmed within the same week, and two to three days notice gives you the best chance of your preferred caregiver. Park days, weddings, and long term placement need longer, because those bookings depend on holding a specific person for a specific window.
Have a few things ready when you contact us: the dates and hours, the ages of your children, the address or resort, any allergies or medical needs, and anything about your routine that matters. If you are not sure which service you need, describe the day in your own words and we will tell you.
On the day itself, plan for your caregiver to arrive a little early so the introduction is unhurried. First bookings always take longer at the door, and that time is what makes the second booking effortless.
